At Ellie's Skin Care Salon's webshop, you buy your goods through our Internet store or by ordering by e-mail or phone. When you order from us, you always receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

To shop in Ellie's Skin Care Salon's webshop, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 and want to shop, one of your parents must place the order.

Payment options

Paymeny with Swish

Payment via Swish can be made to number 1234532966. Please include your order number in the message field.

Payment via Bankgiro

Payment can also be made in advance to Bankgiro number 868-3674. Please include your order number in the message field. It takes approximately one banking day from when you make your payment until we can see it.

Minimum order

The minimum order amount is SEK 200 incl. VAT but excluding any cash on delivery and/or shipping fee.

Shipping fee

The shipping fee when purchasing skin care products and makeup is SEK 45. Orders of SEK 1,500 or more are delivered free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

When you as a consumer buy goods on the internet, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal (but always at least 7 working days) according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. This means that within 14 days of receiving the item, you must notify us at info@hudterapeuten.com or 08-30 39 00 that you use the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received the goods, or a substantial part thereof, and applies on the condition that the goods are returned to us in essentially unchanged condition. This means that you may not use the item, remove labels or break any seals other than what is necessary to examine the item. In order to be able to use the right of withdrawal, the item should therefore be sent back to us in its original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs.

Cancelling an order

If the order has not been sent from us, you can cancel your order via e-mail or telephone. If we have already sent the goods, you have the option to return unopened and unused goods in the manner described under the heading Right of withdrawal. Ordered goods that are not picked up from the post office will be charged SEK 300.
