At Ellie's Skin Care Salon's webshop, you buy your goods through our Internet store or by ordering by e-mail or phone. When you order from us, you always receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

To shop in Ellie's Skin Care Salon's webshop, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 and want to shop, one of your parents must place the order.

Payment options

Paymeny with Payson

Payment is easy and secure with Payson. Payson cooperates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks that offer direct payments via Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea.

Payson maintains high security requirements and is PCI certified by Trustwave, an international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted through SSL and all card transfers are based on the banks' so-called 3D-secure technology.

Payson invoice

We offer the payment method "Paysonfaktura" in collaboration with Payson AB. Payment terms are 10 days and for invoice purchases a fee of SEK 19 is added. In order to be able to order against an invoice, you must be 18 years old and be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check that is carried out at the time of purchase.

The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you enter at the time of purchase. In the event of late payment, we send a payment reminder, whereby a statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 50 is added. We also charge late payment interest at 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the case is handed over to debt collection, whereby a statutory debt collection fee of currently SEK 160 is added. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery in individual cases and to reassess the customer's creditworthiness.

When paying with a Payson invoice, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to Gothia Financial Group AB.

Minimum order

The minimum order amount is SEK 200 incl. VAT but excluding any cash on delivery and/or shipping fee.

Shipping fee

The shipping fee when purchasing skin care products and makeup is SEK 45. Orders of SEK 1,500 or more are delivered free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

When you as a consumer buy goods on the internet, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal (but always at least 7 working days) according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. This means that within 14 days of receiving the item, you must notify us at info@hudterapeuten.com or 08-30 39 00 that you use the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received the goods, or a substantial part thereof, and applies on the condition that the goods are returned to us in essentially unchanged condition. This means that you may not use the item, remove labels or break any seals other than what is necessary to examine the item. In order to be able to use the right of withdrawal, the item should therefore be sent back to us in its original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs.

Cancelling an order

If the order has not been sent from us, you can cancel your order via e-mail or telephone. If we have already sent the goods, you have the option to return unopened and unused goods in the manner described under the heading Right of withdrawal. Ordered goods that are not picked up from the post office will be charged SEK 300.
